GenusOne is a web-based cheminformatics tool built for patent attorneys and medicinal chemists to accelerate Markush genus patent claim drafting.

Starting from a set of related small molecules, it helps identify shared structural features and variable substituent patterns, then presents the results in an interactive interface for review and refinement.

GenusOne also supports exporting a production-ready Microsoft Word (.docx) document containing genus-claim templates with embedded ChemDraw-compatible chemical structures.
