Accutar Announces Achievement of Preclinical Development Milestone in Research Collaboration with Evommune on TLR7/8 Program

CRANBURY, N.J., Nov. 2, 2026 – Accutar Biotechnology, Inc., a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on artificial intelligence (AI)-empowered drug discovery, today announced the achievement of a preclinical development milestone in its multi-year, multi-target research collaboration with Evommune, Inc. (NYSE: EVMN), a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing innovative therapies that target key drivers of chronic inflammatory diseases. The strategic partnership is focused on discovering novel small molecule drug candidates for chronic inflammatory diseases.

The milestone was achieved in Evommune’s EVO646 program, which targets toll-like receptors 7 and 8 (TLR7/8), key drivers of innate immune activation in autoimmune diseases. EVO646 was designed using Accutar’s AI-empowered discovery platform, and Evommune plans to initiate a Phase 1 clinical trial in the first half of 2027.

Evommune contributes its expertise in inflammatory disease biology and drug development.

Accutar is eligible to receive milestone payments and royalties on future sales of licensed products.
